About
Person-centred therapy, hospital-honed.
Lead Clinical Psychologist
Registered clinical psychologist in Singapore and Australia, with a decade of acute hospital work across mental and physical health presentations.
Dr Jaswyn has worked with adults and older adults presenting with anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, OCD, personality disorders, stress, and trauma, as well as people living with cancer, cardiac issues, chronic pain, headaches, diabetes, epilepsy, HIV, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke. She also conducts neuropsychological assessment after acquired or traumatic brain injury and for neurodegenerative conditions, including return-to-work questions.
She takes a person-centred approach: collaborative therapy that respects the person’s pace, alongside evidence-based methods aligned with established clinical guidelines. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). As an SRP Approved Clinical Supervisor, she has trained junior, associate, and intern psychologists. She also has an interest in research and digital tools that make psychological care more accessible.
Care at PULSE Allied Health complements, and does not replace, psychiatry or prescribed medication. Psychotherapy sessions are booked separately from PULSE TCM clinic visits.
In her words
Therapy works best when it is collaborative and paced to you. My role is to bring clear clinical methods, including CBT and sleep skills, into a space where you feel safe to work through mood, stress, trauma, or health-related change.
