In brief
askPULSE +AI is a wellness companion from PULSE TCM. You describe how you feel in your own words, with a tongue or face photo, or by marking a body chart, and we provide AI-assisted, TCM-informed guidance, next steps, and (when useful) clinic or product suggestions. It is education and wellness insight only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed physician.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What to expect from askPULSE, and what it is not.
Is askPULSE medical advice?
No. askPULSE offers education and wellness insight only. It can suggest next steps and when a clinic visit may help, but it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed physician. For urgent symptoms, seek medical care.
Is askPULSE powered by AI?
Yes. askPULSE +AI uses AI to provide TCM-informed guidance and a PULSE Summary based on what you share. It is for education and wellness insight only, and it can make mistakes.
Can a physician review my messages?
Yes, when you sign in. You can request a comment from a licensed PULSE physician in the same thread. AI pauses while the physician reviews.
What is the difference between guest and sign in?
Guest lets you try chat and uploads right away. Guest chats are temporary and expire after a few days. Sign in with an email magic link or WhatsApp to save conversations and your PULSE Summary. Physician review needs an account.
What happens to tongue or face photos?
You choose what to share. Clinical photos are used for analysis in the chat. They do not appear on the PULSE Summary card. Guest chats expire; sign in if you want to keep them.
When should I book a consult instead?
Book when you want a physician to examine you, confirm a pattern, and shape a treatment plan. askPULSE helps you explore and prepare. Your physician makes the clinical call in clinic.
Can askPULSE make mistakes?
Yes. askPULSE can make mistakes. Treat replies as guidance for wellness exploration, not a medical assessment. If something feels off, stop and speak with a qualified professional or book a consult.
