Where third-party payment or communication providers are used, those providers are responsible for processing payments and delivery of messages, while we remain responsible for the clinic services we provide.
Appointment times and service schedules are estimates and may change due to clinician availability and circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any retail goods are delivered as part of a separate purchase channel, delivery timelines and delivery terms are governed by that channel's policies.
