What are your operating hours?
Most PULSE TCM clinics run daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. CBD branches such as Marina Bay Link Mall and Raffles Place are Monday to Friday only, and closed on weekends and public holidays. Always check the hours on the outlet card above.
Which PULSE TCM clinics are open on weekends?
Most outlets are open daily, including weekends, from 11am to 8pm. Marina Bay Link Mall and Raffles Place are Monday to Friday only. Tang Plaza is open daily from 10am to 7pm. Confirm the hours on each location card before you visit.
Is the Great World clinic still open?
Great World is relocating to Zion Road, just across the street. You can still book Great World as usual. Our team will place you at ION Orchard or Paragon until Zion Road opens. Same phone and WhatsApp contacts apply.
Where is PULSE TCM near Orchard or the CBD?
Near Orchard MRT: ION Orchard (PULSE Signature), Paragon, and Tang Plaza. In the CBD: Marina Bay Link Mall, Raffles Place, and Millenia Walk. Full addresses, hours, and WhatsApp contacts are on each card above.
Do I need an appointment, or are walk-ins accepted?
Walk-ins are welcome when capacity allows. Booking ahead by phone, WhatsApp, or Book Appointment is the surest way to get your preferred slot with less waiting.
What should I expect on my first visit?
A first visit usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Your physician will consult you, check pulse and tongue, then suggest a personalised plan. Treatment may include acupuncture, cupping, herbs, or other options that suit your needs.
I am afraid of needles. Do I have to do acupuncture?
No. Tell your physician if you prefer not to use needles. Care can focus on herbal medication, cupping (Ba Guan), Gua Sha, or other suitable options for your concern. See also our acupuncture page for what a session involves.
What is the difference between a standard clinic, PULSE Signature, and Woodleigh?
Standard PULSE TCM clinics (Paragon, CBD branches) offer consultation, acupuncture, and herbal care. PULSE Signature at ION Orchard is the same physician-led care in a calmer space with Signature amenities. Woodleigh combines TCM with Allied Health under one roof if you want both. Great World is relocating to Zion Road; you can still book Great World as usual.
Are your physicians registered, and can they speak English?
Yes. Physicians are registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under MOH. Teams are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
