In brief
PULSE TCM hires registered physicians, therapists, and clinic teams across 15 Singapore clinics. You practise modern integrative TCM with shared records, physician-physiotherapist collaboration, and calm, well-run rooms. We recruit through MyCareersFuture and LinkedIn; general applications are welcome by email.
- 15 clinics
- MOH-registered practice
- East meets West
Why PULSE
A place to practise, not just a place to work.
We built PULSE so clinicians can do careful work without doing it alone: registered practice, shared cases, and time to take a proper history.
TCM at PULSE sits alongside rehabilitation at Heartland Rehab and allied health when a case needs it. You keep the medicine you trained in, and join a network that keeps each patient's history with them across clinics. It is an established, fast-growing company with a modern outlook, a competitive salary with a commission structure, and room to advance.

What you can expect
Room to do good work
The everyday reality we protect: careful diagnostics, colleagues to think with, and a network that has your back.
-
Grow as a clinician
Four Examinations practice with pulse and tongue reading, case discussion with registered physiotherapists, and exposure across conditions. A real caseload, not a fixed menu, with mentorship and room to advance.
-
A network behind you
An established, fast-growing TCM company with a modern outlook: 15 clinics islandwide, most near MRT, with more to come, and records that follow each patient.
-
Time with patients
Modern, well-designed clinics, private rooms, and unhurried consults. We take time with pulse and history instead of rushing the room, alongside friendly colleagues.
-
Beyond the treatment room
Cross-functional projects, from product development and operations to branding, marketing, and digital health app work, plus health talks and Insights or Bites authorship if you want to teach.
