Who is eligible for PULSE TCM promotions?
Most trial offers are for first-time PULSE TCM patients. Corporate and tourist perks may differ. Check the notes on each offer, and tell the clinic which trial you are redeeming when you register.
What is included in a promotion or trial?
Each offer lists its inclusions. Many trials include one physician consultation plus a defined treatment session or set of sessions. Herbal medication is usually charged separately unless the offer says otherwise.
Can I combine promotions with other discounts?
Trial offers are generally standalone. They cannot usually be combined with vouchers, insurance direct-billing, or other discounts unless an offer states otherwise.
Are promotions available at every PULSE clinic?
Availability depends on the offer. Some trials run at selected clinics only. Ask when booking, or choose a listed location if the offer names participating clinics.
Is herbal medication included?
Unless an offer is labelled as a herbal bundle, treatment trials typically cover the consultation and named therapy only. If herbs are recommended, they are charged separately based on the formula.

Book online, by phone, or WhatsApp, and name the trial. Enter any promo code on the booking form when listed. At the clinic counter, mention the offer again, or your company name for a corporate perk, so the trial rate is applied. Prices are typically per person and subject to GST.
What if a promotion has ended?
Seasonal trials have fixed end dates. Once the date passes, the offer shows as ended. Ask about current trials or programme pathways that match your concern. Past offers are listed below the active trials for reference only.
