  1. Find the crease

    Turn the palm up. Slide a fingertip to the middle of the inner wrist crease, between the two tendons, until you feel a dull, tender hollow.

  2. Press the opposite wrist

    If the left heel hurts, press the right wrist. If the right heel hurts, press the left. Circle until you feel a dull soreness.

  3. Stamp the sore heel
