Ying Xiang (迎香, LI20) beside the nostrils, alar up-down strokes, warm ear lobes, and a soft Qiaogong stroke from below the ear toward the collarbone when haze wakes the sinuses.

When the nose runs or sinusitis feels active, press Ying Xiang beside each nose wing for about one minute, then stroke both sides of the nose wing up and down ten times. Rub both ear lobes until warm (about thirty seconds). Stroke from below the ear toward the collarbone along the Qiaogong line three times, one side at a time. Repeat the pair two to three times.     Beside the wing of the nose, at the meeting point with the nasolabial line. Massage on the point for about one minute. Then massage both sides of the nose wing in an up-down motion ten times.

  2. Ear lobes and Qiaogong · warm, then stroke ×3

    Rub and massage both ear lobes until they turn warm (about thirty seconds). Then gently massage along the Qiaogong area in an up-down motion from below the ear to the collarbone three times. Work one side of the neck at a time.
