FAQs

Quick questions

Where is Ying Xiang (LI20)?

In the nasolabial groove, at the outermost point of the nostril, level with the midpoint of the alar border. Press both sides for about one minute.

Can I press He Gu (LI4) in pregnancy?

No. Skip He Gu in pregnancy. Ying Xiang beside the nostril is the local nasal point if a physician has already agreed home press is suitable.

How often can I press these points?

Once or twice a day is a common educational habit. Keep the press kind. If blockage, facial pain, or coloured mucus keeps returning, book a consult rather than adding more home pressure.
