FAQs

Quick questions

Who is this soup for?

It is the kitchen match when low supply sits with a soft breast, little bloating, fatigue, poor appetite, or loose stools: the Qi and Blood deficiency cluster. Tender bloated breasts with irritability lean another pattern.

How often should I simmer it?

About once or twice a week in the source guidance. It is a long simmer, not an everyday pot for every constitution.
