FAQs

Quick questions

Does chrysanthemum tea help a sore throat?

Often for a heaty, wind-heat picture with feverish feel or yellow phlegm. This cup is different: Mai Dong, Xuan Shen, Jie Geng, and Gan Cao lean toward moistening a dry or scratchy throat. Pick the steep that matches your signs.

Can I drink this tea every day?

Occasional use when the throat feels dry or heaty is the usual educational habit. Daily strong cooling teas can weaken the Spleen for some people. Stop if you feel colder or stools loosen.

How is this different from yellow chrysanthemum honeysuckle tea?

That brew disperses a coming-on wind-heat cold with flowers, honeysuckle, and malva nut. This one moistens and clears when dryness or Yin-linked throat heat is the main feel. Use the cup that matches what you feel now.
