01 · Plateau
When a solid routine stops moving
Singapore’s Health Promotion Board recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, or 75 minutes of vigorous work, in sessions of about 10 minutes or more. Steady training still hits a plateau once the body adapts to the same stimulus.
Weight loss, bulking, and performance goals all lean on progressive stimulus. When results flatten, some people keep the same plan. Others look for a lawful edge beside programming, sleep, and food.
Acupuncture has a long clinic role in sports pain and soft-tissue care. Athletes also use it as performance support when local circulation, muscle activation, DOMS comfort, joint ease, or digestive input is the limiter.
