White chrysanthemum (白菊花, Bai Ju Hua) is the gentler flower. Paired with wolfberries, it is a classic kitchen steep when the Liver and the eyes feel strained after screens.

Recipe
Place the white chrysanthemum flowers and wolfberries in a cup or teapot.
Pour boiling water over the flowers and berries.
