FAQs

Quick questions

How often should we drink this tea?

About twice a week is the educational habit from the paediatric migraine Insight. It is not a daily medicine dose.

What dose for a five- to seven-year-old?

Use half of each herb amount listed for ages above 7. Ask a physician if your child is younger or has a complex medical history.

Is this the same as lotus leaf cassia seed tea?

No. That tea pairs lotus leaf with cassia for damp lipid load. This cup uses cassia with goji and white chrysanthemum for migraine support.
