    Crack one whole Luo Han Guo or measure 5–8 g dried pieces into a heatproof cup or small pot.

  2. Steep

    Pour 250–300 ml boiling water over the fruit. Cover and steep for five to eight minutes. You can lightly press the pulp to release more sweetness.

  3. Sip

    Sip warm. Resteep once if the flavour is still clear. Skip extra sweetener unless a physician has agreed.
