Two points often taught for paediatric digestion self-care: Zu San Li (ST36) four of the child's finger-widths below the kneecap and one thumb-space from the shin bone, and Tian Shu (ST25) two of the child's thumb-spaces from the navel on each side. Routine
On the outer lower leg, about four of the child's finger-widths below the bottom of the kneecap, one of the child's thumb-widths from the shin bone edge. Circle each side gently for one minute. ST36 supports Spleen and Stomach transformation.
