Soft forehead, temple, nasal, and arm strokes often taught when a feverish runny nose sits with wind-heat signs. Soft pressure only; clinic first.
In brief
A short paediatric Tuina set for fever with runny nose: open the forehead gate (开天门), push Kan Gong across the brows (推坎宫), circle Taiyang and Er Hou Gao Gu, knead Ying Xiang (LI20), clear Fei Jing on the ring finger, and push San Guan on the radial forearm. Counts are educational; ask a physician to show the grip before home practice.
Routine
Gently stroke upward on the forehead midline from between the eyebrows toward the hairline about 100–150 times (开天门).
From the midline above the nose, gently stroke outward along both brows toward the temples about 100–150 times (推坎宫).
Circle Taiyang (EX-HN5) in the temple hollow about 100–200 times on each side.
Knead the bony prominence behind the earlobe (耳后高骨) about 30–50 times each side.
Knead Ying Xiang (LI20) in the groove beside each nostril about 20–30 times.
Gently stroke the ring-finger Lung pathway from root to tip about 100–300 times (清肺经).
Gently stroke the radial forearm from the wrist crease toward the elbow crease about 100–500 times (推三关).

FAQs
Soft strokes may support comfort when a physician has agreed the set fits. Do not rely on home Tuina alone for high fever or breathing difficulty.
Ying Xiang appears here inside a fever-runny concern routine. The nose Bite keeps a shorter LI20 and Taiyang pair for nasal comfort alone.
