A standing neck stretch, child pose, and 4-7-8 breathing help the same day stress tightens the neck, braces the low back, or lifts anxiety.
In brief
Three educational moves often used when stress load sits in the neck, low back, or mind. Neck stretch: stand tall, draw the head gently toward each shoulder, hold twenty to thirty seconds, two to three times each side. Child pose: sit back on the heels with arms long, hold about sixty seconds, breathe, repeat three times. 4-7-8 breathing: inhale four seconds, hold seven, exhale eight; three breaths make one set, twice a day. Stay kind. Ease off if pain sharpens.
Routine
Stand tall with arms at your sides. Bring the left hand over the head to the right ear. Gently draw the head toward the left shoulder. Hold twenty to thirty seconds, return to centre, then repeat on the opposite side. Do two to three rounds each side. Suitable when stress sits with headache, dizziness, or stiff neck and shoulders.
Come onto palms and knees in a crawling position, with the tops of the feet on the ground. Sit back toward the heels and keep the arms straight, palms flat. Hold about sixty seconds while you breathe, then return. Repeat three times. Suitable when stiff neck and shoulders, lower back pain, emotional stress, or insomnia travel together.
Sit upright. Exhale through the mouth, then inhale through the nose for four seconds. Hold for seven seconds. Exhale through the mouth for eight seconds. That is one breath. Three breaths make one exercise. Practise twice a day. Suitable when emotional stress, anxiety, irritability, low mood, insomnia, or stiff shoulders rise with load.

FAQs
The educational cadence from the source routine is three breaths as one set, twice a day. Keep the pace gentle. If panic, chest pain, or severe breathlessness appears, seek urgent care rather than forcing holds.
The source routine is standing with arms at the sides. If standing is not available, keep the same ear-to-shoulder idea with a kind range and stop if dizziness appears. Sharp pain means lower the pull and book.
